Made_in_Jade è nata nell'Ottobre 2013, come pagina sul social network Facebook.
Più che un punto di partenza è stato inizialmente un punto di arrivo, nel senso che la creatività mi ha sempre affascinato ed ho cercato di portarla avanti sin dalle scelte scolastiche, frequentando prima il Liceo Artistico e poi la Facoltà di Architettura di Firenze. Negli anni ho provato crescente interesse verso le nuove tendenze del riciclo creativo, così ho cominciato con piccoli esperimenti domestici, non sempre fortunati tra l'altro, e la formazione di oggetti di uso quotidiano. La soddisfazione procurata da un oggetto creato a mano, con impegno e dedizione oltre che con la totale libertà di personalizzazione, è diventata una specie di droga! Ho cercato allora di progredire un po', approfondendo le conoscenze sulle tematiche del riciclo, ma anche continuando ad applicarmi per migliorare la mia manualità. Da allora ho lavorato trasversalmente con tecniche diverse, sia con materiali di recupero che con altre forme espressive, cercando in qualche modo di muovermi nella maniera più libera possibile secondo ciò che mi regalava più soddisfazione, senza concentrarmi su qualcosa in particolare.
Ho iniziato a condividere questa passione con parenti ed amici, riscontrando per fortuna sia curiosità che appoggio, oltre che una fonte inesauribile di idee e confronti.
Spero di riuscire a trasmettere l'amore per la creatività e l'attenzione per l'ambiente anche ai miei futuri allievi, visto che mi accingo a diventare insegnante, per vivere in un mondo più pulito e colorato!

More than a starting point was initially a point of arrival, in the sense that creativity has always fascinated me and I tried to keep it going right from the educational choices, before attending the Art School and then the Faculty of Architecture in Florence. Over the years I have tried growing interest in new trends of creative recycling, so I started with small experiments home, not always lucky by the way, and the formation of everyday objects. Satisfaction procured by an object created by hand, with commitment and dedication as well as with the total freedom of customization, has become a kind of drug! I tried then to progress a bit, by studying deeper the issues of recycling, but also by continuing to apply myself to improve my skill. Since then I have worked across different techniques, both with recycled materials than with other forms of expression, trying somehow to move in a manner as free as possible according to what gave me the most satisfaction, with no focus on anything in particular.
I started to share this passion with family and friends, and found fortunately both curiosity and support, as well as an inexhaustible source of ideas and comparisons.
I hope to convey a love of creativity and attention to the environment also to my future students, as I am about to become a teacher, to live in a cleaner and colorful world!
